EDIT: Working on the new appearance. Something a little less, well, dark, is in order.

There is an update incoming. It’ll be a long one (or maybe a medium two), with pictures and recipes (holy crap three of them!) for your perusal. I’m also renaming the blog, since transplant is over. Next time you hear from me, it’ll be on:

    Mark — Thought of you the whole time I was in New Orleans tasting the yummy shrimp & artichoke cream soup, crawfish etoufee, bread pudding and pralines that we made at the New Orleans School of Cooking — if you haven’t met chef Kevin you’ve got to put the School on your list of places to visit. You two would have a rollicking time cooking up a feast. Looking forward to sharing some recipes. Hi to your folks and happy adventures. Kathy B.

    Looking forward to reading about all the new people, places, and things that Mark’s New Lungs encounter. Put Georgia on the list for lousy pizza, average sushi, and great steaks and BBQ.

      Real BBQ would be nice. Best we’ve got here is the Texas Roadhouse (which, admittedly, is very good, but it’s tough to beat the real thing).
